Ensuring that our customers get goods on time, safely and reliably is a key priority for us. Large catering operations, and in particular those dealing with patient feeding, need to get their goods on time to ensure uninterrupted flow of meals, with minimal hassle. In order to provide exactly that, rather than using a blanket delivery service, we choose the best delivery method for the job: working with a variety of delivery networks, including our own delivery drivers, we consistently do our best to ensure that every last pallet and parcel gets to it’s destination just as the customer wants. Our current success in first time, on time delivery current stands at 98%, and we monitor this figure regularly seeking to improve where possible.
Our standard delivery is a next working day, if we receive the confirmed order before 14:00 (2 PM) GMT. Via our various delivery partners, we delivery throughout the UK, from the Northern Ireland, to the Isle of Wight, from Lands End to Aberdeen!
